before writing a review, you MUST READ THESE RULES

- if you are not a mod/admin, you MUST ask permission to write a review
-there can only be 1 GAME per review
-before writing a review, check if one already exists for that game. you CANNOT write a review for an alredy reviewed game
-only official reviews are allowed. joke reviews or spam reviews WILL BE DELETED

-only give permission to TRUSTED members of the forums
